You are the sole custodian of your wallet, private keys, seed phrases, and Vault Key. These credentials are the only means by which your assets and encrypted data can be accessed. If you lose, forget, or fail to properly back up any of these credentials, there is no recovery mechanism available. Not from Teleport.spot, not from the Solana Foundation, not from any third party, and not from any technical support process. This is a fundamental and intentional property of self-custodial wallet architecture.

We urge you to maintain redundant, secure, offline backups of your private keys and recovery key in physically separate locations. Consider using tamper-evident storage, fireproof containers, or dedicated hardware security devices. Never store credentials in plain text on internet-connected devices, in email, in cloud storage, or in screenshots.

Never share your private key, seed phrase, Vault Key, or recovery key with any person or service. Teleport.spot will never contact you to request these credentials. Any communication asking for your private key is fraudulent and should be ignored and reported.

Token creators and other users may include references, hyperlinks, or embedded content pointing to external websites, social media profiles, messaging groups, whitepapers, or other third-party resources. These references may appear in token descriptions, profile pages, or community channels associated with the Platform.

Teleport.spot exercises no editorial control over third-party content and assumes no responsibility for its accuracy, safety, legality, availability, or appropriateness. Visiting external links, downloading files, or interacting with external services is done entirely at your own risk. We recommend exercising heightened caution with any external resource associated with newly created or unverified tokens, as phishing attempts and malicious links are common in the digital asset ecosystem.

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, representations, or guarantees of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
